WLBL remain committed to our corporate citizenship role, both at national and community level, through continued sponsorship of various sporting and cultural activities.  Our involvement in cricket at the local & regional level, spearheaded by the Piton Party Stand activities at BSG remain the single biggest sponsorship on our calendar.

Piton Beer has become synonymous with the St Lucia National Carnival having been major sponsor of this cultural event for over 14 consecutive years; with major cash injection to the Cultural Development Foundation (CDF), the Calypso Association, The Carnival Bands Association and various community carnivals in Dennery, Chousel & Vieux Fort.

We have maintained our support for the Inter district and community football tournaments & amateur boxing events under the Guinness brand.  While Piton Malta supports the annual inter district school’s athletic meet.

We also lend major financial support to the Phillip Marcellin Sports Complex in Vieux Fort. While WLBL has been the recipient of the National Sports Sponsorship Awards for four (4) consecutive years in 2002- 2005.
 
The Heineken Music platform has been an important umbrella for the various music genres we support over the years such as Green Synergy, St Lucia Jazz & the Heineken Kalalu World Music Festival.

We have lent further support to organizations such as the St Lucia School of Music and the St Lucia Cancer Society, while the WLBL scholarship 2000 annual program is well known for its sterling support for the sciences.

We have continued our involvement in the annual Heineken St Lucia Open Golf Tournament and the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC) yachting events.
